Salt, or no salt?

May 2, 2011

Cinco de Mayo commemorates the victory of the Mexican militia over the French army in 1862.  It is celebrated throughout Mexico, most notably in Puebla where the battle took place, and in recent years it has become a more popular day of celebration in the U.S.

Parades, dancing, food, and drink make up the festivities – and one of the best of these is the margarita! To help get you in the Cinco de Mayo mood, here are some great margarita recipes.
